About the Author

The author of From Bataan to Day is a retired Army officer who served in World War II and the Korean War. He was captured by the Japanese after the fall of Bataan and forced to endure the Bataan Death March and three and a half years of captivity in Japanese prison camps. After the war, he returned to the United States and dedicated his life to helping other veterans.
